You may apply if you meet the following guidelines.

1. Your yearly family income before deductions is less than:

• one person $16,500
• two people $20,500
• three people $ 24,500
• four people $29,500
• five or more $32,500

3. Your present housing is sub-standard or you are paying more than 30% of your gross income for housing.

4. You are willing to partner with Habitat in building your new home.

5. You are a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant and are a resident of Penticton, Summerland, Naramata, Kaleden or Okanagan Falls and you Intend to remain in the community.

If you qualify, the selection committee will arrange for an interview.

All information is confidential. If your application is not accepted, it will be kept on file for ninety days and then destroyed.
